Elizabeth Holland PhD, PLLC (DBA Fidalgo Psychology) is a private psychology practice that focuses on evaluations for learning disabilities (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), ADHD, autism, and/or other neurodevelopmental and internalizing/externalizing concerns. Dr. Holland (she/her) provides comprehensive evaluations to children, adolescents, and young adults as well as therapy services. She also provides clinical supervision for graduate students seeking licensure.

Services
Evaluations
Dr. Holland specializes in comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6-24), including assessing for learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Adult evaluations for college accommodations are also a service offered at this practice. Evaluations also include social-emotional assessments. Evaluations are tailored for your child and focus on both areas of strengths and difficulties.
Consultation
Dr. Holland provides brief consultation services to parent/guardian(s) and individual clients who may be seeking brief support and recommendations. Consultation services are usually one intake appointment with no written report.
Therapy
Dr. Holland also provides limited therapy services and currently has a few openings for new clients beginning in April 2026. Therapy services focus on treating children, adolescents, or young adults (ages 10-24) with anxiety, OCD, depression, life and school stressors, identity development, and life adjustment. Dr. Holland is committed to practicing evidence-based interventions. She has been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), parent behavioral management protocols, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
School Consultation and Assessment Services
Dr. Holland works with some private schools in the Puget Sound area providing brief consultation and evaluation services.
Oregon Licensure and Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) and Teletherapy

Brief evaluations and therapy services can be provided via HIPAA-compliant teletherapy sessions in PsyPact states. Dr. Holland is able to provide comprehensive in-person evaluations in Oregon on an as-needed basis.
Supervision
This practice also provides supervision for doctoral psychology students to gain the necessary hours for practicum and pre-internship experiences for Washington State licensure.
